See the service areas page.

Do you work on both homes and businesses?

Yes. We work with homeowners, landlords, property managers and businesses, including grease line and drain maintenance for restaurants and after-hours repairs for retail and offices. Visit commercial plumbing for details.

Cost & estimates

How much does a plumber cost in Bradenton, FL?

It depends on the job. A faucet repair or toilet swap is far less involved than a sewer line replacement or a water heater installation. We give free phone estimates and an upfront price before any work begins, with no hidden fees on the invoice.

Do you offer financing for larger repairs?

Financing options are available for qualifying jobs. If a sewer line replacement, water heater or major repair is outside your immediate budget, ask about payment plans when you request a quote.

Will I get the price before you start?

Always. You approve the price before we begin. If something unexpected appears mid-job, we tell you immediately and do not continue without your go-ahead.

Emergency plumbing

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?

Yes, throughout our service area. A burst pipe at 2 a.m., flooding after a storm or a water heater failure on a Sunday: call (941) 541-7473 and a licensed plumber will respond. Learn more about our emergency plumbing service.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency?

Emergencies are prioritized and dispatched as quickly as call volume allows. Tell us exactly what is happening when you call so we can triage correctly. Redemption Family Plan members receive priority scheduling.

What counts as a plumbing emergency?

A burst or actively leaking pipe, sewage backing up into the home, no water to the house, a water heater that is leaking, or flooding you cannot stop by closing the main shut-off. When in doubt, call; we would rather tell you it can wait than have you wait on something that cannot.

Florida plumbing

Does Florida's hard water damage plumbing?

Over time, yes. Calcium and magnesium build up inside pipes, water heaters and fixtures, reducing flow and efficiency and shortening their life. Annual water heater flushing helps a lot. Scale on faucets or falling hot water pressure are good reasons to book an assessment.

What should I do before hurricane season?

Test your sump pump and consider a battery backup, clear exterior drains, find your main water shut-off, and have older pipes inspected. Heavy rain can push a failing line over the edge, and we offer storm-prep plumbing inspections.

How do I know if I have a slab leak?

Watch for an unexplained jump in the water bill, running water sounds when everything is off, warm spots on tile or concrete, or new cracks in floors. We use non-invasive detection to pinpoint the leak before any breaking or digging. Read more about slab leak repair.

My drains slow down after heavy rain. Is that normal?

Saturated ground can slow a sewer system briefly, but a recurring problem often means a partial blockage or root intrusion that rain simply exposes. A sewer camera inspection shows what is happening inside the pipe.

Redemption Family Plan

What is the Redemption Family Plan?

Our $175-per-year plumbing maintenance membership. Members get an annual plumbing inspection, priority scheduling and discounts on repairs.

Is the Family Plan worth it?

For most homeowners here, yes. An annual inspection routinely finds things like a water heater full of scale, a slow drip under a sink or roots beginning to enter a sewer line. Catching those early costs far less than an emergency repair, and members go to the front of the line.

Specific services

What is trenchless pipe repair?

A way to repair or replace damaged sewer and water lines with minimal digging. Pipe lining cures a new liner inside the old pipe; pipe bursting pulls a new pipe through as the old one is broken apart. Both protect lawns, landscaping and driveways. See trenchless pipe repair.

How often should drains be professionally cleaned?

Once a year is a sensible baseline for most homes, and more often with older cast iron pipe, big trees near the sewer line or a history of backups. A camera inspection is the most accurate way to know what is building up.

How long does a water heater last in Florida?

Tank water heaters commonly last around 8 to 12 years, and hard water can shorten that without regular flushing. If yours is over 10 years old and you notice rumbling, rusty water or uneven temperatures, it is time to talk about water heater replacement.

Do you service septic systems?

Yes. Many rural and semi-rural properties are on septic rather than city sewer. We provide septic tank inspection, pumping and repair, plus full sewer line services for homes on municipal sewer. Learn more about septic tank services.
